Lösung: 

Reparieren Sie den Microsoft WCF Data Services 5.6.

• Starten Sie Programme und Funktionen
• Wählen Sie WCF Data Services 5.6 und klicken Sie auf ändern
• Wählen Sie hier Repair
• Nach der Reparatur installieren Sie eine NEUE SharePoint Farm
